Floral Soul plants are acquired through a careful selection and vetting process. Zilmic takes care that the plants are well cared for and healthy, so that they correspond to the wishes of our customers. We take care to pack them properly and deliver them in maximum safety.

We love all plants and we want you to love them as much! As with all living things, plants have natural variations in both size, shape and color, they cannot be one hundred percent identical.

Most plants don’t appreciate drastic environmental changes, and a trip to your home qualifies as a big change. Please expect some minor cosmetic imperfections or general tiredness after transplant. Most plants do not appreciate drastic environmental changes. Once acclimated to the proper light, humidity, and temperature, the new plants should acclimate to the new space and thrive within a few days to a few weeks. The plants have specific adaptation to the new pot and space, respectively they may have a slower growth in the first weeks or months; yellowing of leaves, defoliation or loss of leaves is also specific to them.

The warranty itself

  1. The guarantee involves refunding the value or replacing the product within the first 14 days after purchasing the product.

Kogălniceanu, 54, pentru consultări adiționale și reabilitare gratuită, sau puteți solicita deplasarea echipei Floral Soul (se va percepe o taxă pentru solicitare deplasare).

  4. Recommendation of suitable plants in the presence of children or pets.

Customer Responsibilities:

  1. Please inform the Floral Soul team about the exact conditions in the apartment, house, office (light level, humidity, location, temperature, etc.) in the process of choosing the plant.
  2. Please inform the Floral Soul team of the presence of children and/or pets. In case of omission, please inform the Floral Soul team is not responsible for the damage caused and it is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Please strictly follow the rules of plant care and inform yourself individually through free access to the Plant Library, blog, online consultations, etc.
  4. Please inform the Floral Soul team in detail about the care routine (how much, how, with what kind of water you water and spray the plant, where it is positioned, what temperature it is in the space where the plant is, other relevant details).
  5. Please inform the Floral Soul team of the occurrence of any problems within a strict period of 30 calendar days from the procurement of the product.

The guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  1. The transplant of the plant was carried out by someone other than the Floral Soul team (incorrect transplanting can lead to root trauma which is a decisive factor in the rapid deterioration of the plant or even its death).
  2. Treatment of plants with fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides that have not been indicated and/or recommended by the Floral Soul team.
  3. Overwatering/underwatering of the plant, improper location of the plant (excess/insufficient light), location of the plant at improper temperatures.
  4. Damage caused by the customer (torn leaves, broken stems, etc.).
  5. Inadequate individual transport (temporary abandonment of the plant in extreme temperatures, abandonment for an indefinite period in the car, unsecured transport leading to injury to the plant).
  6. Individual attempts to fix problems that arise in an inappropriate way.
