Floral Soul plants are selected through a meticulous process of care and evaluation. Every day, we ensure that our plants are well-maintained and healthy to meet our customers’ expectations. We take great care in packaging them properly and delivering them with the utmost safety.
We love all our plants and hope you will love them just as much! As with all living beings, plants have natural variations in size, shape, and colour, so they may not be identical in every detail.
Most plants do not appreciate drastic environmental changes, and a journey to your home constitutes a significant shift. Please expect some minor cosmetic imperfections or general fatigue after transplanting. Once adjusted to the proper light, humidity, and temperature, your new plants should acclimate to their new space and thrive within a few days to weeks. It is normal for plants to experience slower growth, yellowing leaves, or leaf drop as they adapt to their new pot and environment.
After your purchase, we provide detailed care tips and information through our Plant Library and blog. We are also available to address any questions or concerns via email, phone, Instagram, Facebook, or other communication channels. You can also visit us at Orangeria Floral Soul, M. Product Warranty
- Our warranty covers a refund or replacement of the product within the first 14 days of purchase.
- We offer support to resolve any issues via email, phone, Instagram, Facebook, or other communication channels, as well as in person at Orangeria Floral Soul, M. Kogălniceanu Street 54. Additionally, we provide free plant rehabilitation within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds or replacements are available within the first 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds or product replacements are available only with the presentation of the invoice or receipt.
- To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition.
- The Floral Soul team reserves the right to assess the product’s condition to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. We also reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the care method reported by the customer. For instance, if a customer claims to have watered the plant regularly but our team finds evidence of insufficient watering that contributed to the plant’s condition, we may refuse the refund or replacement.
- The Floral Soul team reserves the right to determine non-conforming lots. We accept plants with imperfections for return if the entire batch of plants from the supplier has been identified with the same problem.
- After the expiration of 14 days from the moment of purchase, you can still benefit from guidance in fixing the problem and/or free rehabilitation within the Orangery for 30 days from the moment of purchase.

- To request assistance for problem resolution and free rehabilitation, please contact us via email at team@floralsoul.m, by phone, on Instagram, Facebook, or through other communication channels. You can also visit us at the Floral Soul Orangery, M. Kogălniceanu 54.
- Please provide a detailed description of the issue and the care routine (including watering frequency, methods, type of water used, plant placement, room temperature, and any other relevant details). Attach at least three photos or a video demonstrating the condition of the product.
- You will receive a complimentary consultation, an assessment of the plant’s condition by the Floral Soul team, and advice on adjusting your care routine.
- If the issue persists after the consultation and adjustments to your care routine, we encourage you to bring the plant to the Floral Soul Orangery, M. Kogălniceanu 54, for further evaluation and free rehabilitation. Alternatively, you may request a visit from the Floral Soul team (a fee will apply for home visits).
- Complimentary Consultation: Personalized advice on selecting plants that best suit your indoor environment.
- Free Repotting: Transplanting your plants into pots that meet essential criteria (such as diameter and type) and using soil mixtures tailored to their specific needs.
- Informational Support: Access to care instructions through our blog, the Plant Library, and written consultations upon request.
- Expert Recommendations: Guidance on choosing plants that are safe and suitable for homes with children or pets.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide Detailed Information: Share specifics about the conditions in your apartment, house, or office, including light levels, humidity, location, and temperature when selecting a plant.
- Disclose Presence of Children or Pets: Inform us if you have children or pets. If this information is not provided, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage, and it will not be covered under our warranty.
- Adhere to Care Guidelines: Follow the plant care instructions diligently and utilize our resources, such as the Plant Library, blog, and online consultations, to stay informed.
- Detail Your Care Routine: Communicate how you are watering and spraying your plant (amount, method, type of water), its placement, and the temperature of its environment, along with any other relevant details.
- Report Issues Promptly: Notify us of any problems within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
The guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Unauthorized Transplanting: If the plant has been transplanted by someone other than the Floral Soul team, incorrect handling can cause root damage, leading to rapid deterioration or death of the plant.
- Unapproved Treatments: Use of fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides not recommended by Floral Soul may harm the plant and void the warranty.
- Improper Care: Issues such as overwatering, underwatering, incorrect placement (excess or insufficient light), or exposure to unsuitable temperatures will affect plant health and are not covered.
- Customer-Induced Damage: Any damage caused by the customer, including torn leaves or broken stems, is not covered.
- Inadequate Transport: Failure to transport the plant properly, such as leaving it in extreme temperatures, in an unattended car, or an unsecured manner, can lead to damage and is not covered.
- Improper Self-Repair Attempts: Any attempts to address plant problems in an unsuitable manner will not be covered by the warranty.
